Are You a Disruptor?

"Disruptors radically change business strategy. They respect rules but recognizes when its time to shift (to move away from the norm of how we always done things) Disruptors ask questions. They are risk takers and they are not scared to FAIL. They are forward thinkers, proactive, and welcome feedback and/or brainstorming discussion. Disruptors do not advocate change because they seek approval but rather their motivation come from being creative.
